Hello Hivers 💕💘,

This is another type of Lagos spinach which it's not too common in the market at the moment but by the time you are fetching the other species it can seen in the market. I took this pictures few minutes ago while I was still on the farm doing some kind of little mulching. It is also great to do mulching every time you weed.

This is the second species of the green vegetable talking about which is the Lagos spinach. This second set of green plants portray just have middle red. This is what I mean when you are talking about the leaf formation, the red portion on the Leaves is just scantily mix with the green portion as well. The great advantage of this green vegetables is that all are very edible.

This is the last set of the Lagos spinach I would like to discuss although most of us may have not come across this particular vegetables but yes it is real and edible.
