This is my 60th handicraft! happy to learn and make these cute paper crafts...
in this post you will see a sea lion, it is made with paper 12cm x 12cm, now start to fold as you see in the pictures below, folding points, unfold some parts, fold some parts back to the left or right and then repeat on the other side, and some times you should fold in half, and ...
Sea lions are playful animals and you can give him a ball to play with... :P

Colored paper
scissors
ruler
(We use scissors and ruler to choose the paper size.)
