STOMACH ULCER; THE DO'S AND DONT

avatar

Hello hiveians

It's been a while since I been active on here mainly due to the fact the motivation to put up something has basically gone like a flash. It's 2021, it's a new year, new beginning...

For the past week I have spent most of my time with a friend whose dad fell ill and was hospitalized, going to two (2) weeks now. A day before he was hospitalized, I saw the father looking healthy to say the least and I was shocked when my friend told me his dad was rushed to the hospital Dawn of the following morning. After some hours diagnosis came in, his dad had complications resulting from STOMACH ULCER and a very serious one to say the least.

from the image above, we see
       clearly parts of the abdomen
       affected by ulcer

I got scared really just from thinking about the fact that I also have been diagnosed with ulcer few years back and am barely taking care of myself in that regard. The meal the doctor asked me to stop taking, the instructions to make sure I eat early and healthy I have basically flaunted.

Taking very good care of oneself can go a long way to prevent and save us a lot from our money to the extreme case of even losing a loved one or a family friend as it did happened to me few months back. Health is wealth as they often say, we should always learn to take care of ourselves in the least possible way.

Thank you all for viewing 💞
