My Community's Business Of The Year

Hello hivians hope you all good. I in a way want to talk about this business I spent some time admiring today as it in its own small way has shown Mr hoe a start up business should look like, what things it needs to look out for, what service to be rendered, the market and so on.

I was taking a walk around my neighborhood this morning as its a public holiday and something kind of caught my attention. I saw a small shop to say that deals in the sale of diesel fuel, probably the only one located in the area. Did I actually call it small, well small is a relative term in this aspect.

This so called small business was established few years ago particularly 3 years to be precised and in its own stead rakes in more money that so many other businesses in the area. Wow you'd say but the magic in it is just as simple as the business itself.
For so long my area has been a place peculiar to one dominant business activity.

It is popularly called a tipper garage why so well the reason is not far fetched. A garage is basically a place where cars are parked right? Yeah it is so to just put it straight a tipper garage is a place where tippers are parked. Tippers are basically used to transport sand of different kind which are used for the construction of houses and every other construction work related to that.

So how does this so called small business come into the equation?
Well, Tippers if not all of them most of them run on diesel fuel. So the service this business renders basically is the sale of diesel fuel.

This business has found a way to provide a very important service to the garrage as it has brought the supply of diesel fuel to the door step of people needing it. Talking about exploiting a business opportunity this business owner had seamlessly done that
Before the advent of this business, the tipper drivers have to navigate the problem of trying to get a supply of diesel fuel to their tippers as early as 5am in the morning just to be able to start business operation by 6.

What this business has done basically is to locate itself in a very promising position, just inside around a corner in the garag. These tipper drivers need not worry too much or travel far distance to get the supply they need for thier tippers.

This business owner in his own smartness has provided a very much needed product to the garrage whilst making so much income from it as he need not search for customers it even needs little or no advertising to thrive as the product is basically staring the people who need it in the eye

Basically if you talking about a smart business start up decision, then you got yourself one here and within just three years it has become the business raking in the most income in the garage. Its a start up model that is excellent in itd stead and a great example for others.
