Gratitude is all about taking time to think every positive thing about life. We all have so different life stories, life goals, and ways of living. Many times we will find it difficult to stay positive, not compare ourselves with others and complain about life. But our positive portion will always be big than that. Just we don't recognize it and don't give that much attention.

People can become a good human just by practicing gratitude. It's just not about thanking others verbally. It's more about feeling thankful for everything we have. It creates positive psychology which leads to peace and happiness. We can cultivate gratitude in our daily life activities and through our skills and behavior. It's not that tough. We just need some intentional effort to understand and pay attention to it.

Gratitude strengthens our personality and makes us humble. So gradually we became empathic to others, which is very necessary to become a good human. Also, it helps to be gentle to us. We take personal care, we take care of our surroundings and all.

Feel and show your thankfulness for everything through your attitude. You will gradually achieve a soft, humble, empathic self with mental peace and happiness.
