Get lost in activities that you love - A simple way to promote mindfulness in life.

Practicing mindfulness is easy if we can give some intentional efforts. But we often don't find any clue how to start mindfulness or incorporate it into our life. There are many simple steps that can really help to be mindful throughout our day, you know. And I also have shared earlier many of the tips which I think can help. Today I'm gonna share one tips that work passively but the impact is huge.

In modern busy days, we often don't get time to do stuff which doesn't seem productive. Like spending time with thyself, doing things that we love or spending more time with family members. We rush one task to another and don't stop in between. But we have to understand the value of slowing down and have a breath.

Getting lost sounds contradictory to mindfulness. But being solely with the activities we love doesn't mean we need to stay apart from everything and make a new connection. Rather, we can take some time for the stuff we love. It can even be any silly thing. Don't worry if it doesn't add any visible value in your life. Give it some time and in return, it will fulfill you with lots more positive energy.

Don't worry, don't stress about any other thing while you are giving time to your loving thing. Connect with the thing and focus on that. It will help to reduce stress passively. And thus you will learn to focus more on life. This focus actually helps to be mindful gradually.

So, don't forget to manage some time with the things you love to do. Spend time with it or the person and enjoy it!

Do what you love - for sure!!! And sometimes, you actually have to CHOOSE to do that thing. Right now I'm stuck in a hotel room in forced quarantine - yoga I love, and writing, so trying to concentrate on that instead of the feeling of claustrophobia and anger!
