Hola querida comunidad, y seguimos con nuestro desafío, hoy llego a mi día #9, y nuevamente doy gracias a @nathyortiz, por esta iniciativa, hoy en mi continuidad hablaremos de Abrazos, y a quien no le gusta recibir un abrazo, creo que a todos nosotros y mas si viene de una persona muy especial, abrazos que nos atrapan y nos elevan porque sabemos cuando ellos son sinceros y no fingidos.

Tener siempre a nuestro lado una persona que nos abrase es muy gratificante porque nos sentimos protegidos, seguros, muchas veces recibimos abrazos de personas que ni conocemos y que a decir verdad caen como caídos del cielo porque estamos necesitados de ese abrazo para sentirnos mejor.

Hello dear community, and we continue with our challenge, today I reach my day #8, and again I thank @nathyortiz, for this initiative, today in my continuity we will talk about Hugs, and who does not like to receive a hug, I think all of us and more if it comes from a very special person, hugs that catch us and lift us up because we know when they are sincere and not feigned.

To always have a person by our side to hug us is very gratifying because we feel protected, safe, many times we receive hugs from people we don't even know and to tell the truth they fall like falling from the sky because we are in need of that hug to feel better.

Abrazo sincero // Sincere hug.

Los abrazos sincero, que salen del corazón son estos que nos hacen sentir bien, nos hacen sentir seguros, que al recibirlos nos llenan de sentimientos que no sabemos explicar, ellos están llenos de mucha ternura y amor, son esos que vienen acompañados con fuertes apretones y suaves caricias de muestras de cariño. Cada abrazo es un gesto de aprecio hacia otras personas, en mi caso me agrada cuando recibo un abrazo de personas que se que son sinceras, un abrazo de un hijo, un hermano, esposo o un amigo especial, son esos abrazos que me hacen temblar de emoción siempre que lo recibo.

The sincere hugs that come from the heart are those that make us feel good, make us feel safe, that when we receive them fill us with feelings that we do not know how to explain, they are full of tenderness and love, they are those that are accompanied with strong squeezes and soft caresses of affection. Every hug is a gesture of appreciation towards other people, in my case I like it when I receive a hug from people that I know are sincere, a hug from a son, a brother, a husband or a special friend, are those hugs that make me tremble with emotion whenever I receive it.

Tenemos los abrazos fingidos que no reflejan ese sentir en la persona, son esos que recibimos sin ninguna emoción, son esos que vienen de personas que llamamos hipócritas, personas llenas de envidia, engañosas, son personas de poco humildad, que carecen de sentimientos y que son capaces de hacerte sentir mal a tal grado que terminas olvidando que abrazaste a esa persona que no lo merecía, porque sabes muy dentro de ti que no tienen valor alguno.

We have the fake hugs that do not reflect that feeling in the person, are those that we receive without any emotion, are those that come from people we call hypocrites, people full of envy, deceitful, are people of little humility, who lack feelings and are able to make you feel bad to such a degree that you end up forgetting that you hugged that person who did not deserve it, because you know deep inside you that they have no value whatsoever.

Todos los abrazos deberían ser de un sentimiento único, donde la persona sepa que son sinceros, recibir un abrazo de una persona amiga es muy grato, un abrazo de un hijo es sinceridad, pureza, amor, de un hermano es fidelidad, abrazo de nuestra pareja muchas veces los recibes en momentos de ocasión, alguna reunión, en cualquier encuentro familiar, no olvidemos que todos ellos vienen acompañados de diferentes formas, pero cuando hablamos de abrazar es hablar del amor porque debemos ser honestos en el momento de dar o recibir, soy de esas personas que siempre estoy dando abrazos pero en la actualidad me he tenido que aguantar mucho, debido a la pandemia que vive el mundo entero.

All hugs should be of a unique feeling, where the person knows that they are sincere, receiving a hug from a friend is very pleasant, a hug from a son is sincerity, purity, love, from a brother is fidelity, hug from our partner many times you receive them in moments of occasion, a meeting, in any family gathering, let's not forget that all of them are accompanied in different ways, but when we talk about hugging is to talk about love because we must be honest at the moment of giving or receiving, I am one of those people that I am always giving hugs but nowadays I have had to put up with a lot, due to the pandemic that the whole world is going through.

Es maravilloso recibir y dar siempre un abrazo, porque ayudan a liberar el alma, nos llenan de alegría y sentimientos encontrados. Debemos abrazar fuertemente a nuestros hijos en señal de amor, a nuestros nietos, a los familiares cercanos, no solo basta un simple apretón de manos para saludar, sino un abrazo que venga cargado de buenas vibras, que al momento de recibirlo sepamos que nuestras penas, nuestro dolor, se apaga, que nos llena de felicidad, alegría y honestidad. Aprendamos que al momento de saludarnos no siempre es necesario un abrazo, sino cuando sabemos que vienen de personas llenas de voluntad y amor. Abracemos, no esperemos hasta el último momento para hacerlo.

It is wonderful to receive and always give a hug, because they help to free the soul, fill us with joy and mixed feelings. We must hug our children tightly in token of love, our grandchildren, close relatives, not only a simple handshake is enough to greet, but also a hug that comes loaded with good vibes, that at the time of receiving it we know that our sorrows, our pain, is extinguished, that we are filled with happiness, joy and honesty. Let's learn that at the moment of greeting each other a hug is not always necessary, but when we know that they come from people full of will and love. Let's hug, let's not wait until the last moment to do it.
