i'm going to add this post to make my participation in #iAmaliveChallenge contest and Today is my 31 contribution on tuesday to @flaxz initiative for #IAmAliveChallenge through @threespeak #3speak.

Dear Friends

Here every one is hungry for success. so i am old user of this blockchain, and also i can that i am oldest member of steem to hive community. so many new comer and also old members of hive are asking to me in discord channel , that how can they success in the hive? so i tried to explain in short video that how can we get success here? dear friends i would like to say in the regards of this question that success is very much easy ,just we need to focus on goal and method of the getting success, because some people has ability to win battle but some time they use or not place good position of role so they got defeat so dear friends every success demand correction direction to goal and hive and 3speak demand you to work original , have patient , and then make your best effort to show good work and patient and hard work regularly is the key of success here. hope dear friend you will enjoy my answer and i love you.

Thanks for the the advice and encouragement buddy. For sure it isn't always a smooth journey when starting off with Hive. One definitely need to keep his/her hope high and remain focus. Just as you've said everyone should try to learn how to vlog on Threespeak, it's a good way to earn more on Hive. Thanks for sharing your success tip friend.
