Hola amigos de Hivers me encanta esta iniciativa, aunque no tengo mucho tiempo en #Hive quiero decir que me encanta la plataforma y las comunidades que en ella hay porque puedes conocer muchas personas extraordinarias de diferentes lugares con gustos iguales a los de unos y otros muy diferentes pero al conocernos se crea una gran empatía y familiaridad, amo a Hive de corazón. En respuesta a la iniciativa de #fbinitiative impulsada por @votovzla con el apoyo de @theycallmedan para fomentar la retroalimentación acerca del crecimiento de la comunidad de Hive.

Como soy nueva me he visto inmersa en un mundo de dudas que aún estoy tratando de entender en Hive ya que la blockchain no es tan sencilla de usar como pareciera por ello voy a responder a la primera interrogante según mis vivencias en la plataforma.

Hello friends of Hivers I love this initiative, although I do not have much time in #Hive I want to say that I love the platform and the communities that are there because you can meet many extraordinary people from different places with tastes equal to those of some and very different but to know us creates a great empathy and familiarity, I love Hive from the heart. In response to the initiative of #fbinitiative promoted by @votovzla with the support of @theycallmedan to encourage feedback about the growth of the Hive community

As I am new I have been immersed in a world of doubts that I am still trying to understand in Hive since the blockchain is not as easy to use as it seems so I will answer the first question according to my experiences in the platform.

¿Qué mejoras le harías a Hive?

La primera mejora seria colocar o diseñar un espacio donde las personas puedan ver un tutorial de cómo es la Blockchain, como comenzar a trabajar en ella, ¿Qué es HP? ¿Qué es HBD? ¿Cómo deben ser las curaciones? ¿Cómo cambiar los tokens y que son? ¿Cómo hacer encendido y apagado? ¿Cómo funciona Markdown para tus publicaciones? ¿Qué otras plataformas están dentro de Hive o puedes usar con ella como 3speadk? En fin tantas interrogantes que cuando uno comienza debe saber para realizar un trabajo eficaz.
Si bien es cierto que he podido encontrar tutoriales en varias comunidades y de varias personas que han hecho excelentes tutoriales y he encontrado a poyo en diferentes comunidades y en Discord, al principio no sabía cómo hacerlo, solo logre investigar indagando en la pataforma en varias comunidades y gracias al apoyo de personas como @danielvehe, @enmymente @victoriabsb entre otros a los cuales les doy las gracias por encaminarme dentro de la plataforma.

Y lo segundo sería que cada persona que entre sea referido o no, debería entrar con una pequeña delegación de HP ya que por ejemplo yo como nueva no tengo como delegar a los referidos que entran por mi cuenta y la idea es traer a más personas que compartan sus gustos y pasiones aquí en la Blockchain.

What improvements would you make to Hive?

The first improvement would be to place or design a space where people can see a tutorial of how the Blockchain is, how to start working on it, What is HP? What is HBD? How should the cures be? How to change the tokens and what are they? How to do on and off? How does Markdown works for your publications? What other platforms are inside Hive or you can use with it as 3speadk? Finally, so many questions that when one starts one must know to do an effective job.
While it is true that I could find tutorials in several communities and several people who have made excellent tutorials and I found support in different communities and in Discord, at first I did not know how to do it, only managed to investigate inquiring into the platform in several communities and thanks to the support of people like @danielvehe, @Emymente @victoriabsb among others to which I thank them for directing me within the platform.
And the second thing would be that each person who enters, whether they are referred or not, should enter with a small delegation from HP, since for example, as a new person I do not have the capacity to delegate the referred people who enter on my own and the idea is to bring more people who share their tastes and passions here in the Blockchain.

¿Cómo invitas a tus amigos a Hive? ¿Qué estrategia usas para invitarlos?

Yo invito a mis amigos y familiares diciéndoles que encontré una manera única de expresar mis gustos y sentimientos y que aparte de hacer lo que amo tengo una remuneración por ello, eso es lo más increíble jeje, muchos lo creen mentira hasta que se les muestra la página y lo que se está logrando en el blog, porque aún no he cobrado nada ya que estoy dejándolo allí como ahorro, y si ellos quieren entrar los ayudo y apoyo en el proceso.
Las estrategias que utilizo a parte del boca a boca es colocando el link y hablando de Hive en diferentes redes sociales como Instagram , youtube y twitter.

How do you invite your friends to Hive? What strategy do you use to invite them?

I invite my friends and family telling them that I found a unique way to express my tastes and feelings and that apart from doing what I love I have a remuneration for it, that's the most incredible thing hehe, many believe it's a lie until they are shown the page and what is being achieved in the blog, because I haven't charged anything yet since I'm leaving it there as a saving, and if they want to enter I help and support them in the process.
The strategies that I use besides the word of mouth is placing the link and talking about Hive in different social networks like Instagram , youtube and twitter.
