Lo primero es pintar los rollos de papel higiénico del color de su preferencia.
The first thing to do is to paint the toilet paper rolls in the color of your choice.

Haremos 4 círculos en cartón blando mediano, los pintaremos con pintura acrílica negra y dejar un espacio en blanco y en el medio dibujamos un círculo más pequeño. Igual haremos un volante más pequeño.

Con un cuter o la tijera abriremos un hueco y cortaremos un cuadrado en el medio, levantamos la parte cortada y pintamos, le colocaremos un número al frente en cartón.
