¡Hermoso post querida @rosana6!😊Hoy, más que nunca, se hace necesaria la práctica constante de la sonrisa no sólo por nuestro bienestar, sino también para contagiar de alegría a quienes nos rodean.❤️El psicólogo estadounidense William James afirmó que “el pájaro no canta porqué está alegre; está alegre porque canta” Lo mismo aplica en este caso:
Hay quienes esperan sonreír para cuando estén felices, cuando la realidad es que seremos más felices si sonreímos.🌹 ¡Feliz día de la sonrisa para todos!😀
