New song and music video: Why don't you let go?

Are you in the mood for something a bit witchy and spellbinding...?
Listen to the echo of droplets in a cave, the gentle wind carrying one powerful mantra let go. Ease that load... do not drown in fear and sorry, worry and anxiety. Take a moment to just let go so you can refocus with clarity. I really hope you find it soothing. Please let me know of your impressions and interpretations. It's meant to be a bit immersive but I recommend also to listen afterwards to the track with headphones as it includes a minute just with sounds at the end to relax. It is not about detaching ourselves from our fears but about understanding them without judgment and not let them take hold of the entire fortress of our spirit. I have been myself surfing the tides of the storm... and for me music has always been my rock if I'm drifting. I've not been posting much and it's not because I am uninspired but because I've been extremely tired and it's a bit long to explain here... but on my healing journey I hope what I create weaves some mystery, fantasy, and beauty to the world, and hopefully help them to disconnect for a few minutes into a this walk among the stones, beneath the clear Winter Light.

The song includes instruments like Koshi wind chimes, bowls, glass and other textures and some ethereal vocals. It also has a very deep beat that means our inner force and strength, our beating heart.

The power of a simple affirmation

Why don't you let go of that burden?

Time is not a line but endless ripples, but you are Here and Now ❤️and this moment matters.

These are indeed stormy and tumultuous times... It is difficult not to feel angst, it's difficult to keep focused.
It is a powerful affirmation to get rid of overthinking and overworry that bear heavy on our shoulders, with awareness but without judgment. I made it as a detox of my spirit that was surfing through the dystopian turmoil of current times. Also I wanted to make it like a dream and invite to meditation and introspection having a long part at the end to just close your eyes and relax.

Take a little pause and a deep breathe. Inhale and count to 4, hold for 4 and exhale slowly 6 times. Repeat and stay as long as you like until you feel calm. Close your eyes, the birds sing for you and you are cloaked in light.
May you find it healing.

At the end of the song there is a space only with cave droplet sounds, wind, chimes and other relaxing textures with Tibetan Bowls and glass in order to use it as meditation. And I invite everyone to listen to it with headphones before sleeping to wind down. It is something I made as self-comfort but I hope it helps others too.
