This last Saturday, 5th of June was the World Environmental Day but this weekend to celebrate I was out into the Wilderness... Still I wanted to share my most recent composition and music video with you all.... The Heart of the Forest. I had already shared some behind the scenes photography but here we come with the music and video finally completed. I really hope you like it. If so please post your impressions. I really love feedback.

El pasado sábado, 5 de junio fue el día mundial del medio ambiente por eso este fin de semana en vez de compartir un post estuve disfrutando en la Naturaleza y lo salvaje. Aún así queria compartir mi composición musical más reciente y el video que hice para ella con todos ustedes. Se llama "El corazón del bosque". Ya había compartido el mes pasado algunas fotos durante el rodaje pero aquí teneís la composición musical y el video completo. Espero que os guste. Si os gusta dejadme vuestras impresiones, siempre agradezco una opinión.

The Heart of the Forest | El corazón del bosque

An epic and emotional fantasy instrumental with ethereal female elven voices. Imagine you are walking into a mystical enchanted forest. And when you travel through these magic woods, Ethereal Elven voices call you... Mystical and entrancing the voices seem to soar with the rustle of the leaves and the chirping of the birds, in wordless songs you can only understand. You are the forest, in constant flow with its living music. Everything seems in tune and in rhythm, Can you hear that heartbeat?

El corazón del bosque es una pieza instrumental de caracter épico y emocional con voces élficas. Quiero que os imaginéis como os adentráis en un bosque encantado, y cuando estéis viajando a través de este májico paraje, voces etéreas os llaman, místicas y hechizantes parecen elevarse con el susurrar de las hojasy con elcanto de los pájaros en canciones sin palabras que solo tú puedes entender. Tú eres el bosque, en flujo constante con su música viviente. Todo parece en sintonía y en ritmo. ¿Oyes su latido?

It's your heart alive and beating.... the heart of the forest. . This theme is basically instrumental except for some backing choirs and a few words at the end. It is more a little journey with relaxing Nature Sounds and a playful flute. And I hope it makes you feel like wanting to hug a tree and go out into the wilderness. Use it for your meditations, mindful walking or "forest bathing" sessions. Raise your vibrational Energy and connect with Mother Nature. You're in flow with it, you're part of it. Use for stress relief, raise your vibration, meditate, ground, and root yourself to the present moment. Be grateful for your heart.

Es tu propio latido, vivo y latiendo... el corazón del bosque. Este tema es básicamente instrumental, y quizás más un pequeño viaje con sonidos relajantes de la naturaleza y una flauta jubilosa. Y espero que os haga sentir que queréis abrazar un árbol o ir a la Naturaleza. Usadla para vuestras meditaciones. Sentid que conectáis con la Madre Tierra, que fluís con ella, que sois parte de ella. Espero que alivie vuestro estrés y eleve vuestra meditación para anclarte al momento presente y sentirte agradecido por tu corazón.

In that article I shared my impressions when finding this perfectly shaped natural heart on a tree and how inspiring it was. But besides the pictures I made this video. I had already composed a little improvisation with my recorder and I often carry flutes with me, so It grew from there like all the green has been growing during the season. Still the theme this time is more instrumental and barely has any words... I don't think they're even needed... it's more a pulse... a heartbeat... a feeling

En aquel artículo compartí mis impresiones cuando encontré este corazón tan perfecto en la corteza de un árbol, hecho de musgo y líquen y cuán inspirador me resultó. Ya había compuesto una pequeña improvisación con mi flauta y como normalmente las llevo conmigo al bosque, allí creció, como todo ese verdor ha estado creciendo durante toda la estación. Esta vez el tema es más instrumenta, y apenas tiene palabras, es más un pulso, un latido, un sentimiento....

Find Fufunchis... 🐀🐀🐀 There are three | Encuentra a Fufunchis, hay tres 🐀🐀🐀

Like in every single one of my videos, my ratties ("Fufunchis") are hidden throughout the videoclip. I'm afraid this time is not as easy as in previous video, they're a bit more challenging to spot but here you can see Taika, this is likely the most difficult to find I'm giving it away. They are there, I swear ;-)

Como en cada uno de mis vidos, mis ratitas (fufunchis) están ocultas a lo largo del videoclip. Me temo que esta vez no es tan fácil como en el anterior video (donde estaban gigantes), y requiere de más esfuerzo para encontrarlas. aquí os dejo a Taika que es la más complicada de avistar. Está ahí, de verdad ;-) Y también otras dos en el video.

Healing in Nature... Sanando en la Naturaleza

It's been a rather strange while for me... I've even ended having kind of an emotional/physical wreck and started to have difficulties to talk but not to sing. When I sing my voice is free. I'm on the mend and I continue my mindful walking meditations everyday. But when I get a message like this... I just need to convey it. That is why last month was a bit less active around.

Este ha sido un tiempo muy extraño para mí... incluso tuve como un decaimiento emocional y físico importante que me provocó incluso problemas para hablar (aunque no para cantar). Cuando canto mi voz siempre es libre. Aún continúo recuperándome y hago paseos meditando cada día (es una experencia que compartiré en otro post). Pero cuando encontré un mensaje tan claro como este, ese corazón... sólo necesitaba transmitirlo y convertirlo en algo. Por eso este mes he estado menos activa.
