Luego, después del desayuno, nos aventuramos como todos los día a un paseo que siempre esta acompañado con hacer un poco de ejercicio. Al llegar a la casa, noté que tenía varios mensajes de mis amigos donde me decían: ¡oye nos aprobaron dos horas para entrenar! Eso me hizo infinitamente feliz y sin más me dispuse a hacer mi comida, un caldo de pollo con una pasta con pollo guisado.
Then, after breakfast, we venture like every day on a walk that is always accompanied by doing a little exercise. Arriving at the house, I noticed that I had several messages from my friends where they told me: hey they approved us two hours to train! That made me infinitely happy and without further ado I set out to make my meal, a chicken broth with a pasta with stewed chicken.

wow fue increíble, me sentí libre y con muy buena energía, entre varias charlas con ellos y trepando mi mente olvidé por completo esta pandemia que nos tiene a todos fuera de nuestras rutinas diarias, sin embargo parece oportuno decir que esta situación ha sido un verdadero desafío a la voluntad de muchos atletas. Lo que me ha enseñado a valorar más el tiempo que dedico a entrenar este hermoso deporte.
Aquí algunas fotos de mi día de ayer, confesando que mi intención era transmitir estos pensamientos ayer a través de un post, pero el cansancio y la euforia no me lo permitieron, cayendo como una piedra en un sueño profundo ...
Por lo que desde que desperté me propuse a escribir estas líneas.

So around 5 in the afternoon I met my friends to climb.
wow it was incredible, I felt free and with very good energy, between several talks with them and climbing my mind I completely forgot this pandemic that has us all out of our daily routines, however it seems appropriate to say that this situation has been a true challenge for the will of many athletes. Which has taught me to value more the time I spend training this beautiful sport.
