Las medidas extraordinarias y de prevención impuestas por el gobierno español para el uso del transporte público aún se mantienen.
Entre las recomendaciones para su utilización se tiene el uso de tapabocas durante el viaje y mantener una distancia de 2 metros entre personas.
Esta semana hice uso de 2 de los más importantes sistemas de transporte de la ciudad de Madrid, el Renfe y Metro. Es la segunda vez que hago uso de estos medios desde hace más de 4 meses cuando fue declarada la cuarentena.
Por eso quiero compartir con ustedes mi experiencia utilizando el transporte en estos tiempos donde aún estamos en fase 2 de la cuarentena y dónde todavía debemos tener precaución.
Así que acompañenme en este recorrido.

This week I used two of the most important transport systems in the city of Madrid, the Renfe and Metro. This is the second time I have made use of these means for more than 4 months when the quarantine was declared.
That is why I want to share with you my experience using transport in these times when we are still in phase 2 of the quarantine and where we still have to be careful.

Tenía que ir hasta la estación de Bilbao, a unos 17Km de Getafe. Para ello tomé primero el Renfe y luego metro en la estación de Sol.
En ambos casos toman como medida la distancia personal lo cual es delimitada por unos stickers en el suelo que indican el espacio interpersonal entre cada usuario.
En los vagones hay personal de seguridad que se dedican a supervisar que todos llevemos puestos nuestros tapabocas, me parece muy importante ya que hay gente que por simple comodidad no lo usan o no lo tienen puesto de la manera correcta.
Concordamos en que puede resultar muy incómodo tenerlo pero no podemos poner en riesgo nuestra salud ni la de los demás.
I had to go to Bilbao station, about 17Km from Getafe. I took the Renfe first and then the Metro at Sol station.
In both cases they take as measure the personal distance which is delimited by some stickers in the floor that indicate the interpersonal space between each user.
In the wagons there are security personnel who are dedicated to supervise that we all wear our mask, I think it's very important because there are people who for simple comfort do not use it or do not have it on the right way.
We agree that it can be very uncomfortable to have it on but we cannot put our health or that of others at risk.
Con los asientos tanto en el Metro como en el Renfe hay que dejar uno de por medio, al menos con esto si note que se cumple pero vemos perfectamente como el señor de rojo no lleva bien puesto su tapabocas.
En cuanto al sistema para adquirir el boleto de momento sigue siendo igual, a través de maquinas donde puedes pagar con tarjeta o efectivo,no asi para el sistema urbano de buses donde solo te permiten pagar con tarjeta, es una forma de evitar contacto con el conductor.
With the seats in both the Metro and the Renfe you have to leave one in between, at least with this if you notice that it is fulfilled but we can see perfectly how the gentleman in red does not wear his mask well.
As for the system to acquire the ticket at the moment it is still the same, through machines where you can pay with card or cash, not so for the urban system of buses where they only allow you to pay with card, it is a way to avoid contact with the driver.
Desde hace 2 años que vivo en Madrid y desde entonces no había visto el Metro y el Renfe tan vacíos, en comparación con la cantidad de personas que se movilizaban hasta hace unos 4 meses atrás cuando todavía no se había decretado el estado de alarma, me atrevo a decir que no es ni el 10% de usuarios que habitualmente hacen uso de estos transportes.
Evidentemente esta baja se debe a que aun la ciudad se encuentra en fase 2, lo que quiere decir que han reabierto casi todos los comercios y sitios de entretenimiento como parques y plazas pero con bastante limitaciones por lo que la gente ante salir y no tener la misma libertad opta muchas veces por quedarse en casa.
I have been living in Madrid for two years and since then I have not seen the Metro and Renfe so empty, compared to the number of people who were moving around until about 4 months ago when the state of alarm had not yet been declared, I dare say that this is not even the 10% of users who usually make use of these transports.
Evidently this drop is due to the fact that the city is still in phase 2, which means that almost all the shops and entertainment places such as parks and squares have reopened, but with quite a few limitations, so that people who want to go out and do not have the same freedom often choose to stay at home.
Así finalizo mi recorrido, llegue a mi estación, me doy cuenta todo lo que ha cambiado nuestras vidas y me hago muchas preguntas, ¿cuando acabara esto?, ¿cuando podremos ver de nuevo a nuestros afectos?, ¿volveremos a retroceder a fase 1?, en fin, son muchas cosas que venia pensando en el camino, iba con mi hija de 1 añito y por un momento sentí miedo de haber salido y exponerla.
Es importante continuar cuidándonos y respetar las normas. No existe la certeza de cuando terminara todo esto pero debemos animar a través de nuestro comportamiento para que los demás tambien se cuiden y cumplan.
Espero que les haya gustado y que a través de las imágenes reflexiones un poco acerca de lo que estamos viviendo, se sabe cuando comenzó pero no cuando terminara, así que mientras tanto hagamos de las normas un habito.

So I finish my journey, I arrive at my station, I realize how much our lives have changed and I ask myself many questions, when will this be over?, when will we be able to see our affections again?, will we go back to phase 1?, in short, there are many things that I had been thinking about on the way, I was with my 1 year old daughter and for a moment I felt afraid of having gone out and exposed her.
But it is also true that in the face of all that has been happening, we must maintain our faith and hope that everything will continue to improve, to think positive thoughts even though sometimes despair wants to tuck us in.
It is important to continue to take care of ourselves and respect the rules. It is not certain when all this will end but we must encourage through our behaviour that others will also take care of themselves and comply.

Wooouuuu... es fuerte pero si es la única manera de salir de esta situación pues toca, aquí en Venezuela casi todo el mundo usa los tapabocas como el Sr. de rojo del vagón,eso es grave, así que a cuidarnos manita no hay de otra...😔
Es que parece que piensan que los fluidos solo salen por la boca y que su uso es literal, solo para tapar la boca, pero con que nosotros lo usemos bien ya disminuye bastante el riesgo aunque la idea es que todos nos cuidemos verdad? A cuidarnos pues mana, un abrazo se le quiere.

Muchas gracias por compartirnos tu visita al metro, en verdad es mucho más confiable que las noticias que vemos por allí. Además del detalle del señor, está claro que no es posible saber quien se sentó primero donde tu te sentaste por lo que hay muchos riesgos.
Yo no he usado el metro de Caracas desde marzo y veo lejano que lo vuelva a usar, pero noté que allí no les piden guantes y aquí sí. No sé que tan importante pueda ser esta medida, pero me causo curiosidad y por eso lo comparto contigo.

Aquí no recomiendan el uso de guantes porque la gente al confiar de que los tiene puesto entonces manipulan todo sin ningún cuidado, no hacen uso correcto ya que igual después se están tocando la cara confiando de que los tienen, y a la hora de quitárselos tampoco los saben manipular para desecharlos.
Lo que si hacen es darnos guantes de material de bolsas para manipular los productos en los supermercados.
