Hermosas Fachadas y Arquitecturas de Edificios en Madrid 💖 | Beautiful Building Architectures in Madrid💖

Después de mas de 60 días sin ir al centro de la ciudad me aventure, tenia un compromiso y una excusa para visitar esa parte de la ciudad que tanto me gusta.

Una de las cosas que suelo hacer cuando visito el centro de Madrid es detenerme a mirar las estructuras de los edificios antiguos, algunos son solo fachadas de edificios reformados por dentro a lo largo del tiempo pero otros si conservan su estructura original tanto dentro como por fuera.

Me encantan los detalles ornamentales que destacan entre algunos de los edificios porque le dan un carácter único y ese aire de edad media que te atrapa, por lo menos a mi que soy amante de todo lo antiguo.

Caminando por la calle hacia el lugar donde seria mi encuentro, me detuve a observar un edificio muy bonito que capturo mi atención, se trata de una compañía de seguros, de la historia en si del edificio no encontré mucha información pero al menos conseguí quien fue el arquitecto:

After more than 60 days without going to the city center I ventured, I had a commitment and an excuse to visit that part of the city that I like so much.

One of the things I usually do when I visit the centre of Madrid is to stop and look at the structures of the old buildings, some are just facades of buildings that have been renovated on the inside over time but others have kept their original structure both inside and out.

I love the ornamental details that stand out among some of the buildings because they give them a unique character and that air of the Middle Ages that catches you, at least to me who is a lover of everything old.

Walking down the street towards the place where I would meet, I stopped to observe a very beautiful building that captured my attention, it's an insurance company, the history of the building itself I didn't find much information but at least I got to know who the architect was:

Una de las cosas que mas me gusto son sus dos cúpulas ornamentadas y por supuesto los balcones que te dan esa sensación de estar ante una obra arquitectónica de la Realeza. Es sencillamente hermoso.

One of the things I liked the most are its two ornate domes and of course the balconies that give you that feeling of being in front of a Royal architectural work. It's simply beautiful.

Por los callejones se pueden ver edificios residenciales que tambien guardan historia y secretos entre sus fachadas.

Through the alleys you can see residential buildings that also keep history and secrets between their facades.

A pesar de que Madrid es una ciudad muy agitada, donde siempre se tiene prisa, donde para todo hay que hacer fila, donde el trafico es interminable y siempre es hora pico, vale la pena detenerse aunque sea 10 minutos y admirar la belleza de sus calles y edificios que sin duda alguna siempre tienen una historia que contar.

Despite the fact that Madrid is a very busy city, where you are always in a hurry, where you have to wait in line for everything, where the traffic is endless and it is always rush hour, it is worth stopping even for 10 minutes and admiring the beauty of its streets and buildings that undoubtedly always have a story to tell.

Otra de las partes donde podemos ver Fachadas hermosas es en los edificios que rodean toda la Plaza Mayor de Madrid, mas que ornamentos se componen de frescos realmente maravillosos, obra del pintor español Carlos Franco.

Another part where we can see beautiful facades is in the buildings that surround all the Plaza Mayor of Madrid, more than ornaments are composed of really wonderful frescoes, work of the Spanish painter Carlos Franco.

Las pinturas murales que cubren hoy el edificio son obra de Carlos Franco, en la que se distinguen figuras mitológicas relacionadas con la historia de Madrid, como la diosa Cibeles.

Cerca de la plaza por uno de sus arcos esta la calle Toledo, es muy famosa precisamente por la belleza de sus balcones, antes de la cuarentena me gustaba tomarme unas copas al atardecer, sus calles tipo corredor es ideal para recibir la brisa fresca del ocaso, eso si, con un buen café o una copita de vino en una de sus terrazas y sentarme simplemente a ver sus balcones y a la gente que se asoma para ver a los transeúntes.

Near the square by one of its arches is the Toledo street, is very famous precisely for the beauty of their balconies, before the quarantine I liked to take a few drinks at sunset, its corridor type streets is ideal for receiving the cool breeze of the sunset, that if, with a good coffee or a glass of wine on one of its terraces and just sit to see their balconies and people who peek to see the passersby.

Hay muchisimos mas edificios, mas calles, mas fachadas, mas iglesias, museos, terrazas, plazas y un sin fin de lugares que visitar en Madrid, adentrarte y disfrutar de todo lo que ofrece, perderte entre su mar de gente pero lo que no puedes dejar de hacer es, detenerte y alzar tu mirada a todas esas majestuosas obras arquitectónicas que se encuentran por toda la ciudad.

Esperemos que todo se mantenga en el tiempo y que la modernidad no termine por acabar con lo que a mi parecer es la esencia de la ciudad que por donde la mires esta llena de magia, historias y montones de secretos.

Por eso y mas amo Madrid, una ciudad que promueve la cultura, espero que les haya gustado y nos leemos en otro post conociendo alguna otra parte de esta hermosa ciudad.

There are many more buildings, more streets, more facades, more churches, museums, terraces, squares and countless places to visit in Madrid, go in and enjoy all that it has to offer, get lost in its sea of people but what you can't stop doing is, stop and look at all those majestic architectural works that can be found all over the city.

Let's hope that everything is maintained over time and that modernity does not end up destroying what I think is the essence of the city that wherever you look is full of magic, stories and lots of secrets.
