We are saying things to ourselves which isn't true!

I just had a shower and while I was in the shower having a perfectly fine conversation with myself.

I little white lie came to mind saying: "Damn, you are so unhealthy."

1. First reaction its fuck true!

2. Second reaction, hold up. I just did a hiit workout, I eat a lot of veggies every single day and I walk around 10000 steps everything single day.

So that little white lie is complete and utter bullshit as something can be.

We need to stand tall and stand guard at our mind and look at what thought we allow into your consciousness stream, so it doesn't get clogged up by poisonous bullshit

At last, the reason behind the thought? I am drinking an energy drink. Thats all. Isn't that fascinating how something as small as that can try and impact my entire existence :D
