Hello everyone. I hope I meet you all good.
So, I decided to prepare noodles in another way to see how it tastes and trust me, it tastes just perfect.

Noodles is one of the most famous meal here in Nigeria as it's very easy to cook without stress of thinking about the number of seasoning cubes or salt to be added and ready for eating in less than 20 minutes.

It is available in different types and flavors. Some of which are

  • Indomie instant noodles
  • Mimee instant noddles
  • Tommy Tommy instant noodles
  • Cherie instant noodles and others.

All these noodles I've mentioned are in different sizes and flavors, so you get to choose which one you are comfortable with.

So I chose to prepare the indomie instant noodles(chicken flavour and medium size).
I added other ingredients to spice up the meal and to make it more attractive, nourishing and tasty. The ingredients were

  • Two packs of Indomie instant noodles (100g each, chicken flavour)
  • One egg
  • Grounded pepper
  • Power oil(Vegetable oil)
  • Onoin

Preparation Process

  • First of all, I boiled water. Water played an essential role in preparing this meal as it helps to soften the noodles. So when the water boiled, I inserted the indomie instant noodles.

I broke the noodles into pieces to avoid it coming out long as I enjoy it short while eating.

  • When it was soft, I sieved the water and added it's seasoning and pepper accordingly.

  • I had the pot rinsed and placed on fire. I added oil. Once the oil was hot, I added my well sliced onion and the indomie instant noodles, then turned it evenly for all ingredients to blend.

I made fried egg by breaking the egg first and mixing the albumen and the yoke.

After frying, I then added it to my cooked instant noodles to serve as Protein for the meal haha.

It took me about 20mins to get this meal ready.
