Observa cómo el sonido puede cambiar la percepción de un video
Si bien es cierto que la visión representa buena parte de la percepción que genera nuestro cerebro ante cualquier imagen, es importante considerar la importancia que tiene el sonido que lo acompaña.
En el siguiente experimento vemos un pequeño video de una tarde en un parque en dos versiones distintas, siendo la banda sonora lo único que los diferencia.
Observamos el primer ejemplo y analizamos la sensación que nos transmite
(Video 1 música que genera tensión)
Es normal que nos genere tensión y la sensación de que en cualquier momento va a pasar algo malo.
En cambio, cuando lo vemos con este otro fondo musical:
(Video 2 música que genera calma)
Lo sentimos como una linda tarde con niños jugando.
El sonido puedo cambiar drásticamente la percepción que genera nuestro cerebro ante una imagen, la música puede generar sentimientos de melancolía, tensión, alegría, euforia, calma
Por esto y más, es tan importante el diseño sonoro de una obra audiovisual.

See how sound can change the perception of a video
Although it is true that vision represents a good part of the perception that our brain generates before any image, it is important to consider the importance of the sound that accompanies it.
In the following experiment we see a small video of an afternoon in a park in two different versions, the soundtrack being the only thing that differentiates them.
We look at the first example and analyze the feeling it gives us
(Video 1 music that generates tension)
It is normal for it to generate tension and the feeling that at any moment something bad is going to happen.
Instead, when we see it with this other musical background:
(Video 2 music that generates calm)
We feel like a nice afternoon with children playing.
Sound can drastically change the perception that our brain generates before an image, music can generate feelings of melancholy, tension, joy, euphoria, calm
For this and more, the sound design of an audiovisual work is so important.
