Hola hermosa comunidad. Esta vez les comparto un documental llamado : "LA SAL DE LA TIERRA" . Me recomendaron verla y he quedado conmovida y en catarsis, sobre todo porque me gusta la fotografía, amo la naturaleza y este planeta, confió en que todos podemos evolucionar y crecer, y que seremos mejores y más humanos. Quiero creer que cada día podemos sacar la mejor versión de nosotros mismos, ser más amorosos, más empaticos, evitar el sufrimiento y ser felices. Por lo tanto, como se que les gusta la fotografía, también es posible que compartimos la misma visión referente a la fotografía, y es que se puede transformar el mundo o al menos el mundo de una persona a través del arte de la fotografía como medio de expresión.

El fotógrafo al usar su lente nos regala un pedazo del mundo que percibe, y quien la observa la puede interpretar dependiendo de la cosmovisión de cada sujeto. El fotógrafo Sebastao Salgado busca observar más allá de las montañas y piensa que en cada una,hay una historia que ver y que conocer.

En el documental, Sebastiao Salgado emprende su camino, con ayuda de su esposa Leila quien lo apoya desde los inicios y quien lo ayudaba a revelar las fotos y darle vida a sus proyectos. Sus ganas de conocer diferentes culturas lo llevo a aventurase y a indagar mundos nuevos, a su vez, el fotógrafo logra narrar a través de la fotografía su visión
de la humanidad y lo que le rodea, del entorno, y lo hace de la mano de proyectos. En estos proyectos abarca un sin fin de culturas, donde nos hace traspasar, transmitir y percibir el otro lado del mundo que algunos desconocemos. Con sus obras logra sensibilizar al espectador, tocándoles el corazón y haciendo un llamado de consciencia a toda la humanidad.Nos hace descubrir y sumergirnos en nuestra historia profundamente, el cual se refleja en las fotos observadas en el documental «La sal de la tierra», nos adentra a lo oscuro y tétrico -la parte que quizá no es contada -de las guerras que vivieron nuestros familiares o ancestros, en si, lo que vivió la humanidad.

With his works he manages to sensitize the viewer, touching their hearts and making a call to conscience to all humanity. He makes us discover and immerse ourselves in our history deeply, which is reflected in the photos observed in the documentary "The salt of the earth" , takes us into the dark and gloomy -the part that may not be told -of the wars that our relatives or ancestors lived, in itself, what humanity lived.
En este sentido, Sebastiao al viajar a muchas partes del mundo, decide ir a África,en donde realizo un reportaje sobre el hambre y en conjunto con Leila, iniciaron un proyecto llamado «El final del camino». Sentía una necesidad y deseo de mostrar lo que veía, de mostrar que había una gran parte de la humanidad viviendo en la miseria. Él quiso darles un poco de luz al mostrarle esto al mundo, a sensibilizar quizá el corazón de las personas del poder.

I felt a need and desire to show what I saw, to show that there was a large part of humanity living in misery. Sebastiao dice: «Es un problema de repartos, no solo una cuestión de catástrofes naturales. El Gobierno retiene los alimentos, no deja que llegue a la población, es una deshonestidad política brutal». Presencio muchas injusticias, mucho dolor, estuvo muy de cerca de la muerte y su alma estaba enferma, cada día morían miles de personas, bien sea por enfermedad o asesinadas por las guerras. Salgado: «Somos un animal feroz, somos un animal terrible nosotros los humanos, sea en Europa, África, Latinoamerica. La violencia es extrema». se sensibilizó con lo que vio, y luego de ver tal sufrimiento cambio, su papel de fotógrafo adquirió un nuevo sentido. Por otra parte, después de haber aventurado por tantas culturas de países distintos, conocer y presenciar la historia profundamente, percibir el sufrimiento que ha llevado por varios siglos la humanidad, decidió transformar y florecer en lo hermoso de la humanidad. Se entrego a la naturaleza, incluso comenzó a trabajar la tierra que le pertenecía a su padre y por cuestiones de salud, se retiro del cuidado de estas, fundando: «Instituto Tierra», allí sembraron muchos arboles y plantas. Inicio un proyecto llamado: «Génesis», para él: «casi la mitad del planeta sigue como el día del Génesis». En este proyecto, le dedica una carta de amor al planeta, homenajeandolo con su arte reflejado en sus fotos llenos de vida, de amor hacia cada ser vivo que nos rodea, de ecosistemas infinitos y que reflejan eternidad. Somos todos creados bajo el mismo Dios. Todos debemos honrarnos y respetarnos.

The violence is extreme". he was sensitized by what he saw, and after seeing such suffering change, his role as photographer acquired a new meaning. On the other hand, after having ventured through so many cultures of different countries, knowing and witnessing history deeply, perceiving the suffering that humanity has suffered for several centuries, he decided to transform and flourish in the beauty of humanity. He gave himself to nature, he even began to work the land that belonged to his father and for health reasons, he retired from taking care of them, founding: "Instituto Tierra", there they planted many trees and plants. He started a project called: «Genesis», for him: «almost half of the planet continues like the day of Genesis». In this project, he dedicates a love letter to the planet, honoring it with his art reflected in his photos full of life, of love for every living being that surrounds us, of infinite ecosystems that reflect eternity.
