Parte II. Breve Bitácora de una instructora de yoga. /Part II. Brief log of a yoga instructor

Hoy fue el tercer día de clases impartida por mi persona. Me regocija poder ser el medio de sanación para las personas. Y más me encanta es que confíen en mi. Me atrevo a compartir una fotos que les tome a unas de las practicantes que asisten al taller que estoy impartiendo de yoga en telas. Es hermosísimo como adultos mayores le echan ganas a esta disciplina, me sorprende cuanta fuerza y actitud mental tienen. No quisiera comparar con los jóvenes, pero últimamente he coincidido en la vida con personas adultas mayores que tienen más energía que un joven, quiza sea la experiencia, los golpes de la vida, la madurez, no se aún que sea pero me agrada conocer a personas así, que no se quejan, ni critican a nadie, solo se esfuerzan en mejorar y aprender lo más que puedan. A demás que me motivan y los uso de referencia para visualizarme en un futuro con esa energía que ellos tienen. Estoy agradecida hoy por poder seguir experimentando este arte tan maravilloso que es el mundo del yoga.

Today was the third day of classes taught by me. I rejoice that I can be the means of healing for people. And the most I love is that they trust me.I dare to share a photo that I took of one of the practitioners who attend the workshop that I am teaching on yoga in fabrics. It is beautiful how older adults are keen on this discipline, I am surprised by how much strength and mental attitude they have. I would not like to compare with young people, but lately I have coincided in life with older adults who have more energy than a young person, maybe it is the experience, the blows of life, maturity, I do not know what it is yet but I am pleased to meet People like that, who do not complain or criticize anyone, only strive to improve and learn as much as they can. To others that motivate me and I use them as a reference to visualize myself in the future with that energy that they have. I am grateful today for being able to continue experiencing this wonderful art that is the world of yoga.
