Staying indoors with no fun kills with boredom

During my elementary school days, I learnt that all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy but in this quarantine time, staying indoor without playing games could kill you with boredom.

This is me right now, drowning in the pool of boredom. Time was slow today, I woke up differently. I don't know why. I think maybe it was the side effect of my late night sleep. I didn't sleep early anyways, I was busy in the first three early hours of the day preoccupied with watching the long awaited season 4 of Money Heist or La casa de papel.

I won't want to go into this TV series so as not to spoil it for those who are yet to watch it. Since it was released just yesterday. One thing I didn't see coming was a reason to create season 5. Well, entertainment is not an easy job and it seems like the producers wanna take us on a seasonal ride similar to game of thrones.

Moving on, today was damn sluggish. I don't know if the time was spelled or bewitched. I was weak, stuck in the enclosed walls of my house. I was having this hit and run headaches. Didn't have much appetite and was choking from boredom. I wonder why boredom decided to join the list. That should be the last thing to strike me in this stay-at-home period since my immersion into the crypto space in 2018 already converted me into a remote and introverted person.

But you see, something glistened in my mind. I suddenly remembered I had an Asphalt Nitro game app installed on my phone. Damn, when the inclination and urge resurfaced within me. I resumed from where I left off on the game and that remedy of game playing was potent enough to free me from boredom but mind you I was still troubled with pain in my head, lack of appetite etc

If you want to watch this particular race that got me thrilled. I did the honours of recording it into the youtube video link. If you are bored like I was, maybe playing that favorite game you have a penchant for can serve as a source of relief.

The ruleset for the car race was simple. The last race driver gets eliminated and the leading driver wins the prize of first place. But I was well prepared, weeks ago I gathered enough in-game coins to purchase a badass car that can race over 440kmph. That won the race for me. I championed the challenge. It was pleasurable and fun.
