The plant that I will talk about today is known worldwide as "natural musyl". Its name in our country is known as "Hunger Herb". It both helps to lose weight and helps the digestive system. Since I do not like to consume drugs very much, I solve my minor problems with herbal prescriptions in this way. However, consult your doctor first. I've tried so many things, and none of them have helped me. For a while I used "duphalak" syrup. I saw its benefits in the first periods of course, but my body started to not affect because of immunity. Later one day, while talking about my problem to someone familiar, he suggested me the "hunger grass" plant.

I said let me try and used it. I have been using this herb for a very long time. Both for my digestive system and for my overweight. I have taken a break for a year, now I am thinking of starting again.

When I had a problem, I would definitely make my tea in the mornings. I usually put 2-3 pieces of this plant in green tea. If you have constipation, you should take 5-7 pieces. Believe me, you will have to go to the toilet in the evening or in the morning.

Sorun yaşadığım dönem sabahları mutlaka çayını yapar tüketirdim. Ben genellikle yeşil çay içerisine 2-3 parça bu bitkiden atıyorum. Eğer kabızlığınız varsa siz 5-7 parça atmalısınız. Akşamında ya da sabaha mutlaka tuvalete çıkmış olacaksınız bana inanın.

Preparation of Tea;

• 7-8 leaves of Senna grass
• 1 Cup Water

Take a glass of water into a pot and put it on the stove. Put the hunger herbs in the boiling water and boil for 2 minutes. Turn off the stove after 2 minutes, and steep the hunger herb tea for 5 minutes. You can consume the brewed tea by straining. You can do it plain this way. I add it to various herbal teas. Today, my preference is Coconut-Pineapple herbal tea. I added my herbs to this tea. Sometimes I use boiled water. I let it brew in it. You can use it in two ways.

Çayın Hazırlanışı;

• 7-8 yaprak açlık otu
• 1 bardak su
  Bir su bardağı suyu cezveye alın ardından ocağa koyun. Su kaynamaya başlayınca suyun içine 7-8 adet açlık otunu atın ve 2 dakika daha kaynatın. 2 dakika sonra ocağın altını kapatın ve çayı 5 dakika demlendirin. Demlenen çayı süzerek tüketebilirsiniz. Bu şekilde sade yapabilirsiniz. Ben çeşitli bitki çaylarına katıyorum. Bugün tercihim Hindistan Cevizi- Ananaslı bitki çayı oldu. Bitkilerimi bu çaya ekledim. Bazen kaynamış su kullanıyorum. İçerisine atıp demlenmesine izin veriyorum. İki türlüde kullanabilirsiniz.
