Niquitao celebrates 207th anniversary.
Today, the people of Bocon and Trujillanos are celebrating, they commemorate 207 years of the Battle of Niquitao, lands that were fought on July 2, 1813 by the Spanish monarchy.
It is a simple and charming town located in a mountainous area of the Cordillera de Los Andes, a perfect place visited by lovers of mountaineering who enjoy the scenery and low temperatures.
