I cannot describe in words the well being I feel when I climb that mountain, it is a moment of harmony between her and me, I feel that she opens her arms and gives me shelter, it is not the simple fact of climbing and overcoming all obstacles and to reach the goal set is to feel in step with each drop of sweat in each breath the power that she has over you.

My plan is to climb until Sábado Nieves II at 3,425 meters.

At the entrance that will take me to my destination, I prepare myself physically by performing a series of stretching, conditioning my muscles for what is to come.

Once I start climbing I focus on keeping up the pace without neglecting hydration

Already in my destination I take advantage of a log to rest and fill myself with energy.

I recover and I take the opportunity to take some more photos, for the next time you go up we have planned to go up to the Humboldt Hotel at 8,442 meters.

Climbing mountains bring you more positive energy. But be preparation so important to reach without health problems. In fact your ready bring destination perfectly. Those monument had mysterious looks.

My first experience in that mountain and my debut was 30 years ago, I was in a medium level of physical conditions and my coach invited me to climb, our Pico Oriental route, it was a unique and dangerous experience, it is not difficult for that mountain to swallow you That day I learned to respect and love her. Too bad that at that time my love for photography had not yet flourished.

Hiking, climbing mountains are really interesting and good for the body too. The entire place seems very quiet and no crowd at all. Your body is perfect by the way and flexible too...

The best time to go up is at 5:30 when the sun comes up we go down. Yoga has helped me to be a little flexible.
