Art my salvation.

It is now three months of Quarantine, we have passed the most critical stage of isolation, for me it was difficult to get used to not leaving home, with some episodes of depression that I could control by conscientizing the situation worldwide that still affects us.

So I have added to my daily routine of attending to household obligations and doing physical activity, a new learning, Digital Art.

So I maintain my physical training, and I have added a new activity that activates my senses and brain.

I have played with the final result of the selected image making some changes where I can identify myself.
