8 days ago I enjoyed a beach day with my family, at this time of staying home due to the Coronavirus pandemic that affects people worldwide, a call not to panic but to take security measures seriously It made me remember how extraordinary we had and the great emotion my grandson felt at being at sea.
Enjoying a walk in the fresh air helps us fight negativity, relieve stress and even helps improve mood.
And the best way to enjoy the sun and sky outdoors is to rejoice in the sea, it fills you with energy, it is healthy for the body, and for your thoughts.
Withdraw from the crowd and surrender to the sound of each wave hitting the rock, feel the sound of the breeze and surrender to the color of the sea experiencing a sense of calm.
