Saludos hive lectores, en esta ocasión en nuestro libro cócteles en cuarentena, les traigo un cóctel icónico. Este tiene por nombre Cuba libre. Su origen es Cubano, a base de Ron y refresco Coca-Cola, en los hechos históricos de la guerra entre Estados Unidos y España.

Siendo así, una de las versiones más creídas, que fue un general estadounidense que pidió Ron con Coca-cola y una rodaja de limón para brindar por una Cuba libre.
Thus, one of the most believed versions, that it was an American general who asked for Rum with Coca-cola and a slice of lemon to toast a free Cuba.
Para preparar esta icónica bebida necesitamos:

2 Oz Ron / Run
2 Oz Refresco Coca-cola / CocaCola
1 unidad de Limón / lemon
1 Vaso largo / long glass
Hielo al gusto / Ice to taste

Ahora bien, el proceso es sencillo, en nuestro vaso largo, agregar hielo hasta el tope y agregar las 2 Oz de Ron.
Now, the process is simple, in our long glass, add ice to the top and add the 2 Oz of Rum
Seguidamente, agregamos las 1/4 Oz sumo de limón.
Next, add the 1/4 Oz lemon sumo
Finalmente, agregamos 2 Oz de Coca-Cola y decoramos con una rodaja de limón.
Finally, add 2 Oz of Coca-Cola and decorate with a lemon wedge
