SEAFOOD ASPADO RECIPE

This aspado is known as the Fosforera is a concentrated fish broth, a great variety of shellfish that provides aphrodisiac properties. The name fosforera comes from its high content of phosphorus

I usually prepare it on the weekends, for my husband, before serving lunch I serve my side dish.

Ingredients for the Asopado de Mariscos recipe:

  • 1 kilo of scallops.

  • 1 kilo of (nugget, snail, clam)

  • ¼ cup vegetable oil

  • 1 rama de cilantro picado

  • AUYAMA (pumpkin)
