The Sick Man's Face

From my face you may be forced to ask me what is wrong with you?. I slept last night without a sign or symptoms of any sort of sickness but waking up this morning I was total down, I couldn't come out of my bed, I wanted calling the office to inform them that I won't be coming to work today but I remembered that I had some important things to do and that today was going to be a board meeting which I happened to be the secretary of the board, I had to put my self together and get to office and from there I went to run test on what was going on in my system. After the test result was out I found out that I am having malaria and typhoid, which I have started taking the prescribed medication.

My face really entails that I am not fine, everyone that visited me today at the off was always repeating one question, what is wrong with you?, are you not fine?.
When ever I am not fine my face always swells.
