A day in the bookshop ^_^

I just finished to clean my kitchen after the lunch, but before to put myself on the sofa close to my furry friend Richy, I want to share with you a bit of one of my working day in the bookshop of my friend Elena ^_^

When I go out from home I wear my mask, because even if the total lockdown (here in Italy) stopped about 3-4 weeks ago, we have some restriction as to wear the mask if we can't respect the social distance (and when I walk on the streets not always is simple to respect the distance between people) so, to be sure, I always wear it.

When I arrive to the shop I wear also the gloves. People who came into the bookshop have to clean their hands using the sanitizing gel or to wear gloves, but the workers in the shops have to use gloves (at now).

Yesterday there was also my hubby @paolobeneforti , but he has to read a book to interview an italian writer and, as you can see in the following pic, it's a pleasure for him ^_^

In the bookshop there a special corner where people can see some of my handmade journals and, between other books, also the one with my illustration on the cover:

In the next days I'll take a video of this special bookshop, so you could do a sort of virtual tour inside of it ^_^

Good night to everyone and see ya tomorrow,

Silvia

I have not been out much lately and not seen many people wearing masks. I would have to wear one if I went on the train. I just keep my distance from people. Have fun in the shop. I'd love to drop in and buy some of your work.

Here we are living confusing time about masks and distance. All people wear mask inside the shops and in the train. The most part of people wear the mask also when they are in a outdoors place full of other people and when too much people make impossible to respect distance, but a lot of young people use to walk along the streets in group, everyone with no mask and really too close each others. Warm (and safe) hugs from me and Paolo, dear Steve ^_^

We have to take precautions. I know it was really bad in parts of Italy. Lots of deaths in the UK too, but nobody I know yet.

A virtual tour sounds like something I am definitely interested in :D
Glad you are taking precautions and your illustration on the book is lovely! One of my favourite color combinations 🧡
Love. 🌸
