यह एक बेहतरीन सूजी ओट्स चिल्ला रेसिपी है। एक बहुत ही स्वस्थ नाश्ता जिसमें फाइबर और प्रोटीन की अच्छाई होती है। यह एक त्वरित और आसान रेसिपी है जो किचन के समय के 20-25 मिनट से ज्यादा नहीं लेगी। आप इसे सुबह या शाम के नाश्ते के रूप में ले सकते हैं। आपके बच्चों को यह पसंद आएगा और आपके पति को भी। किसी भी पुरुष के इस खाना पकाने है, तो अपनी पत्नी को अपने हाथों को चूम जाएगा, क्योंकि यह ज्यादातर अपराध से मुक्त है। बहुत कम तेल के साथ बनाया गया इसलिए बहुत ही स्वस्थ विकल्प है।

yah ek behatareen soojee ots chilla resipee hai. ek bahut hee svasth naashta jisamen phaibar aur proteen kee achchhaee hotee hai. yah ek tvarit aur aasaan resipee hai jo kichan ke samay ke 20-25 minat se jyaada nahin legee. aap ise subah ya shaam ke naashte ke roop mein le sakate hain. aapake bachchon ko yah pasand aaega aur aapake pati ko bhee. kisee bhee purush ke is khaana pakaane hai, to apanee patnee ko apane haathon ko choom jaega, kyonki yah jyaadaatar aparaadh se mukt hai. bahut kam tel ke saath banaaya gaya isalie bahut hee svasth vikalp hai.

Ingredients (6 Chillas)

1/2 cup Quick cooking Oats (grind)
50 gram Semolina / Suji
4 tbsp Sour Yogurt
1/2 cup Water
SALT AS PER TASTE
2-3 Green CHILLIS
1 raw turmeric (optional) I am using because it's a great immunity booster.
2 Onions
1 TOMATO
Some Fresh Coriander

Richa yaar ek baat batao, can we replace suji & oats with multigrain atta? Usse bhi ban jayega kya? Have you ever tried this? Making this in bf tomorrow. ;)
