Fluffy deep fried 'Pitha' recipe || A Sweet Food Fight Friday!

Pitha is one of our popular snacks. There are hundreds of pithas and we can make it in a thousand ways. That's the best part actually, for me. Because I can put my own fusion in it and make something different every time.

The main ingredient to make Pitha is flour. Now, you can put whatever you want to make it different. Like, sugar, chilli, coconut ie. And every time it will come up with a great taste.

Today, I'm sharing one of the common and easy way I do it.

What we need?

  • Flour
  • Sugar
  • Egg
  • Water
  • Milk
  • Salt
  • Corn Flour

Take one cup of flour, one egg, milk, one pinch of salt and a half cup of sugar

Mix them well with some water. make sure to make it medium thick.

Use a big spoon to put it on hot oil.

Flip it over after a while.

And, it's done!

You see, how easy it is. It doesn't take much time, effort and ingredients. But it tastes good. It can be a good afternoon snack. I sometimes use coconut crush with it to give it a good punch. People also add green chilli with it to make it spicy.
