Their royal highesness came to overseer the process joined by our then 2y.o babygirl:

This is a pretty vintage thing, I will probably do a cross-post to the proper 'Antiques & Vintage' community. The manual provided with it (see the photo below) has a date '1948' on it, but I consider, the gadget itself is even more oldie.

Theres such a cool oldie-goldie logo on it. (It says: Podolsky Mechanical Works).

The sewing machine from 1940-es is serviceable and fully operational.

But most of the time it is being kept in a safe holster. Why? Well... lets say, my wife is not into sewing her dress anymore. But it is a cool family holding that (I hope) will neverleave our family.

oh, and -- Happy Caturday !!

I have one exactly like that here! My mum's... a Singer. Most people have the foot pedal version, ours is like this, worked by hand... with a wooden cover just like that too! Mum had a cloth cover sewn to fit... :)

Ewa, do you mean the sewing machine, or my cat?
"it" can be applied to both 8-)

Happy Caturday to you and your Monochrome Muse!
