La vida que llevamos actualmente esta llena de situaciones que generan mucho estres, estar con la familia es una manera de soportar y drenar las emociones. Hemos aprovechado todos estos dias para conversar , jugar juegos de mesa que nos encantan,son divertidos y una cosa muy importante, dejamos los telefonos, computadoras, televisores y cualquier otro medio que nos aisle de los demas. El juego de stop, ademas de ser divertido, agiliza la mente y se aprenden palabras nuevas.

The life we lead nowadays is full of situations that generate a lot of stress, taking refuge in the family is a way to endure and drain the emotions. We have taken advantage of all these days to talk, play board games that we love, are fun and one very important thing, we left the phones, computers, televisions and any other means that isolates us from others. The game of stop, besides being fun, streamlines the mind and learn new words.

We also enjoy watching movies as a family, eating candy prepared by us, making coffees and drinking coffee. Drinking coffee is a worldwide custom but here in Venezuela, whether it is with milk or black coffee, you can't miss it.

I have taken advantage of going out for a walk in the morning. How wonderful it is for our body and mind, especially if on the way we can observe the vegetation even if it is the trees that are planted on the streets and avenues.

Y en este paseo mañanero que he realizado en compañia de mis hermanas, disfrutando del aire frio de esta ciudad, nos hemos llegado a un parque emblematico de la ciudad de Caracas llamado Los Proceres, que fue construido en homenaje a los heroes de la independencia, es un lugat hermoso y lleno de vegetacion. Acá aprovechamos de abrazar a los arboles y llenarnos de su energia maravillosa y por supuesto de tomar las fotografias que nos recuerden esos momentos.

Aprovechemos los momentos en los que estamos con la familia, compartiendo con las personas que mas amamos.

In this morning walk that I have made in company of my sisters, enjoying the cold air of this city, we have arrived at an emblematic park of the city of Caracas called Los roceres, which was built in homage to the heroes of the independence, it is a beautiful place full of vegetation. Here we take the opportunity to embrace the trees and fill ourselves with their wonderful energy and of course take the pictures that remind us of those moments.

Let's take advantage of the moments we have with our family, sharing with the people we love the most.
