MADE MIXED RICE AND BEANS || SAUCED WITH EFO-RIRO

Hello Hivers,
It was yesterday that I made efo-riro. Today I just decided not to take heavy food like yesterday's own so decided to make rice mixed beans.

PROCESS TO MAKE RICE WITH BEANS

• To make rice with beans is very easy. One just has to go before on cooking device before another. Here I have my rice and beans.

• Already have my pot on the cooking device (electric cooker).

---

The first thing to do is to wah the beans thoroughly to wash out the dirtiness.

---

• After I have washed thoroughly, I poured the washed beans on the cooking device and then add my onion. Then leave for at least 20 to 225mins before I will add my rice. The reason for this is to let the beans get soft before adding the rice.

• After like 20minutes I can now also pour the thoroughly washed rice

• Here I have changed cooking device because PHCN(company incharge of electricity supply in Nigeria) took off the electricity supply

• After I have added the rice, I will have to leave it covered till the water get dried and the rice get softened with the beans.After its done

---

• Remember the the vegetable with bitterleaf that I cooked yesterday can go for any kind of meals. Be it pounded yam, eba made from cassava,only rice, rice with beans like this very one👇
