HOW I MADE PEPPER STEW WITH COW MEAT || ALSO GOOD TO EAT WITH BAKED BREAD

How are you guys been doing today? Hope you all are fine? Today I made pepper stew with cow meats.Its very easy to prepare. What made me to cook the stew was because I felt like eating baked bread and didn't want to eat it alone, so I had t9 prepare one.

INGREDIENTS USED

• GRINDED PEPPER
• MAGGI
• RED OIL
• ONION AND CURRY

PROCESS

• Just put your empty pot on cooking and allow it to get hot to a certain degree, after that add your red oil. After that, another certain of degree of hotness is needed. After you have waited patiently for that, then you can now add your sliced onion mixed with curry and thyme.
  Furthermore, after that process you have to wait patiently again for the recipes to get a little bit burn. Apparently, I left it for like 8minutes then I added the already grinded pepper. This is the cooking process that you have to wait again for it to get done then after you ads small salt, maggie and the cooked cow meat.
  

• Then add your already grinded pepper, salt, Maggie and the cow meat.

• Note that this is one of the commonest stew we have in Africa. Its like a tradition in every family that cooked at every weekend.
