Morning walk and visit to the Bolivar square

Días atrás decidí pararme temprano a eso de las 6:30am para acompañar a mi mamá y a mí abuela en su caminata mañanera.

A few days ago I decided to stop early around 6:30am to accompany my mom and grandmother on their morning walk.

Les seré sincera, sí me costó un poco despertarme y una vez que paré el despertador quería seguir durmiendo. Ya el día anterior lo había hecho, jajaja.... Pero esta vez sí puse un poco más de ánimo y fuerza de voluntad y logré pararme y arreglarme.
Todo fue rápido, zapatos deportivos, camisa, gorra, y por supuesto mascarilla.
No desayunamos, se supone que el desayuno lo haríamos al volver, pues, la caminata era de 30-40min.
Incluso aún se podía ver la luna.

Caminamos por la zona y llegamos a la plaza Bolívar, que se encuentra en el Casco Histórico de Cumaná.

I'll be honest, it did take me a while to wake up and once I stopped the alarm clock I wanted to keep sleeping. I had already done it the day before, hahaha.... But this time I did put a little more spirit and willpower and managed to get up and get ready.
Everything was quick, sport shoes, shirt, cap, and of course mask.
We didn't have breakfast, we were supposed to have breakfast on the way back, since the walk was 30-40min.
We could still see the moon.
We walked around the area and arrived at the Plaza Bolivar, which is located in the historic center of Cumana.

La plaza es amplia, rodeada de árboles hermosos, frondosos y de gran altura!!!
Justo en el centro, se encuentra la estatua del Libertador, desde ese punto se desprenden 4 caminerías para sus alrededores.

The square is wide, surrounded by beautiful, leafy and tall trees!!!!
Right in the center, there is the statue of the Liberator, from that point there are 4 walkways to the surrounding area.

Esta plaza queda al frente de la Gobernación del Estado Sucre, y en sus laterales se encuentra una estructura que pertenecía a Gobernación pero fue quemada hace muchos años.

This square is in front of the Governor's Office of Sucre State, and on its sides there is a structure that belonged to the Governor's Office but was burned many years ago.

En el lateral opuesto, queda la casa del poeta Andrés Eloy Blanco, cuartos amplios con grandes ventanas, anchos corredores con pisos de ladrillo.

On the opposite side, there is the house of the poet Andrés Eloy Blanco, spacious rooms with large windows, wide corridors with brick floors.

Caminar por aquí me encantó, pudimos respirar aire libre y puro, disfrutar del Sol mañanero y los cantos de los pájaros. Estaba relativamente solitario, pocas personas a estas horas de la mañana.

Walking here I loved it, we could breathe fresh air, enjoy the morning sun and the birds singing. It was relatively lonely, few people at this time of the morning.

Caminando un poco más, nos adentramos al Bulevard Juncal, que fue mi parte favorita. Pues, es un pasillo largo, decorado con banderines. En este bulevard perteneciente también al casco histórico, las estructuras estaban pintadas con colores vivos y alegres y cada puerta hacía alusión a personajes de la ciudad.

Walking a little further, we entered the Juncal Boulevard, which was my favorite part. Well, it is a long corridor, decorated with pennants. In this boulevard also belonging to the historic center, the structures were painted with bright and cheerful colors and each door alluded to characters of the city.

Las paredes rosadas, moradas, amarillas y verdes llamaron mi atención, quiero volver por algunas fotos más divertidas para mis redes sociales!! Aunque, no quisiera que fuese tan temprano y espero antes desayunar antes de salir de casa jejeje!!
