Teacher's Day - Día del Maestro

Today, exactly two years ago, I lived one of the most emotional and proudest moments of my life. It was for the Teacher's Day event, in the last room of the kindergarten, where my little girl was the bearer of our national pavilion.

Hoy hace exactamente dos años que viví uno de los momentos más emotivos y de mayor orgullo de mi vida. Fue para el acto del día del maestro, en la última sala del jardín de infantes, donde mi pequeña fue portadora de nuestro pabellón nacional.

In our country the 11 of September of every year is celebrated the day of the teacher, in commemoration of the death of Domingo Faustino Sarmiento, considered the father d the education in our country.

En nuestro país los 11 de septiembre de cada año se celebra el día del maestro, en conmemoración del fallecimiento de Domingo Faustino Sarmiento, considerado el padre d la educación en nuestro país.

On this date the children prepare an event together with the parents to entertain the teachers. Sometimes it is an emotional event and other times they have organized games where the teachers spend a beautiful day and that they will keep forever in their hearts.

En esta fecha los chicos preparan un acto junto con los padres para agasajar a los maestros. En ocasiones son acto emotivos y en otras oportunidades se han organizado juegos donde las maestras pasan una jornada hermosa y que guardarán para siempre en su corazón.

After the ceremony, the teachers go to the classrooms with their students, where they give him a gift that and where they finish crowning a beautiful day, emotional and where they receive the purest love that can exist, that of children.

Después del acto, las maestras pasan a las aulas con sus alumnos, donde ellos le hacen entrega de un obsequio que y donde se termina de coronar un día hermoso, emotivo y donde reciben el amor más puro que puede existir, el de los niños.

On that special day my princess was chosen to be the bearer of our national flag. A day of joy and much emotion.

En ese día tan especial mi princesa fue la elegida para ser portadora de nuestra bandera nacional. Un día de alegría y de mucha emoción.
