Instants - Instantes

Life is formed by small moments of time that are concatenated with each other and that all together form our day to day.

La vida esta formada por pequeños momentos del tiempo que están concatenados unos con otros y que todos juntos van formando nuestro día a día.

Although life is not too long, perhaps it passes with a certain slowness when we are children, but as we grow up vertigo and speed takes over our days.

Si bien la vida no es demasiado larga, quizá transcurre con cierta lentitud cuando somos niños, pero a medida que vamos creciendo el vértigo y la velocidad se va adueñado de nuestros días.

There are those who decide to live it at a crazy pace where sometimes they do not even realize what is happening around them, even in our most loved ones. Others, on the other hand, choose to live it giving priority to unique and unrepeatable moments that mark moments, mark feelings and leave a deep impression on our soul.

Hay quienes deciden vivirla a un ritmo alocado en donde en ocasiones no llegan a percatarse lo que sucede a su alrededor, ni siquiera en nuestros seres más amados. Otros en cambio elegimos vivirla dándole prioridad a momentos únicos e irrepetibles que marcan momentos, marcan sentimientos y dejan una huella profunda en nuestro alma.

Sometimes we talk to friends or co-workers and notice how many friends choose to go out to work, leaving their children in the care of someone else, in order to obtain that growth in material things that they have longed for, as they spend their lives running after money to change their car year after year, or take a trip abroad 20 days a year, when during the other 345 days they see their children alone for dinner.

En ocasiones hablamos con amigos o compañeros de trabajo y notamos como muchas amistades eligen salir a trabajar el padre y la madre, dejando a sus hijos al cuidado de otra persona, con el afán de obtener ese crecimiento en lo material que tanto anhelaron, como pasan la vida corriendo detrás del dinero en busca de cambiar el auto año, tras año, o hacer un viaje al exterior 20 días al año, cuando durante los otros 345 días ven a sus hijos solo para la cena.

Personally, I believe there is nothing more important for our children than the presence, love and accompaniment we can give them. This will mark their essence, make the children safer and above all we will build their world of memories, on which they will raise their children years later. Absences are noticed and those moments remain empty in the soul of a child. I know that many times families do not have options for one to work in the house, but it is also a reality that many choose to prioritize their bank account, rather than the world of memories of the little ones.

En lo personal creo que no hay nada más importante para nuestros pequeños la presencia, el amor y el acompañamiento que le podemos dar. Eso marcará su esencia, hará que lo niños sean más seguros y sobre todo construiremos su mundo de recuerdos, sobre los cuales ellos años más tarde criarán a sus hijos. Las ausencias se notan y esos instantes quedan vacíos en el alma de un niño. Se que muchas veces las familias no tienen opciones de que trabaje uno solo en la casa, pero también es una realidad que muchos eligen priorizar su cuenta bancaria, más que el mundo de los recuerdos de los más pequeños.

The moments we share with our children are the greatest treasure we can leave our children. As the years go by, they will join each one of those moments and they will build their history.

Los instantes que compartimos con nuestros hijos son el tesoro más grande que podemos dejarle a nuestros niños. Con el paso de los años ellos irán uniendo cada uno de esos momentos e irán construyendo su historia.
