When one studies the elements of nature one knows that each one has a different influence on our being. Air is said to be related to thought, fire to intuition, earth to perception, and water to feeling.

That is why in my recreational outings I try to visit some natural water source, and maybe it is because the sentimental part is the one that is most developed in me.

Como siempre les digo las el agua es uno de los elementos de la naturaleza que me transmite mucha paz, energía y en su cercanía logro sentirme muy bien. Es por ello que en mis salidas recreativas intento visitar alguna fuente de agua natural, y quizá sea porque la parte sentimental es la que más se encuentra desarrollada en mí.

For these moments when the accesses to the coastal cities are totally closed, I try to look for some river, lake or small stream where I can do my physical activity.

Por estos momentos en donde las accesos a las ciudades costeras están totalmente cerrados intento buscar algún río, lago o pequeño arroyo en donde poder realizar mi actividad física.

Nature offers us many things with which to rejoice and nourish our interior with good sensations that motivate us and generate impulses to move forward and surely each one will find his preference in one of them. In my case, my source of inspiration, energy, peace and harmony is to be found by the sea. It is there where I feel most comfortable, and where my thoughts take me to incredible places.

La naturaleza nos ofrece muchas cosas con las cuales regocijarnos y nutrir nuestro interior con buenas sensaciones que nos motivan y generan impulsos a seguir adelante y seguramente cada uno encontrará su preferencia en alguno de ellos. En mi caso mi fuente de inspiración, energía paz y armonía la encuentro al lado del mar. Es allí donde me siento más cómodo, y donde mis pensamientos me llevan a lugares increíbles.
