Tye And Dye Design On Fabric

Hello hivers, this early morning I woke up to creating and decorating a fabric using the Tye and Dye process.
MATERIALS USED

• caustic soda
• soda ash
• hydrosulphite
• colour chemicals

PROCESS

• i rinsed the fabric in a water mixed with soda ash
• I boiled water to mix the following chemical materials
  Caustic soda
  Hydrosulphite
  Colour chemicals
• before mixing the chemicals, I already folded the cloth in accordance to the design of choice.
• I poured the colour into different bottles that I will use to apply the dyes on the fabric
• I applied the dye on the fabric in a sink
