Hive Creative Contest - Drawing my Goals
Hello! This week I'm participating in a contest sponsored by @zord189, I'm really excited since it invites us to be creative and write about our personal experiences, this time it challenges us to capture our life in a drawing.
In my home when I was a child my mom had a very beautiful garden with many flowers (and she still does), in the mornings the butterflies flitted from flower to flower throughout the garden, my sisters and I really liked to see them, their colors were very bright and we competed to see who found the most beautiful butterfly, I always won.
I drew myself as a butterfly with many colors that goes from flower to flower in search of its nectar, which in my drawing represents the goals I want to achieve. I am a very competitive and professional woman who is always in search of new goals in life, after completing one I consider a different one.
By the end of the year, I have a ritual that I always do, I write a list of my goals for next year and I review the one from the previous year to see what I could achieve. I am pleased to say that I have accomplished many of the things that I have set for myself, I graduated with excellent grades in Economics and I currently manage a Dialysis Center. I love my work since it allows helping people who are going through difficult times with their illness, as well as their family members to cope with the situation.
There are still goals that I have not been able to meet, such as buying my own house, but like a butterfly I keep flying towards that flower so longed for, that flower that is in a distant garden and where I still have not been able to reach, so I continue to fly little by little, always constant sure that I will succeed.
I invite you friends of Hive to fly like a butterfly to a garden with many flowers, life is about reaching goals that make you happy.
