Day 29: What are the dumbest lyrics you've ever heard in a song? // ¿Cuáles son las letras más tontas que has escuchado en una canción?
I must say that I respect the tastes of others a lot, although I really don't like vallenato at all, but I am very sociable and in meetings or parties I have even sung and even danced them. But some time ago a friend made me listen to a song which according to him was the cause of his problems because he felt exactly the same. At that moment a pitched war began between the two for each of the lyrics of that song, as the song itself is called was a total dilemma between us.
The lyrics of this song seem selfish, silly and I don't like it at all, because for me it tries to justify the unjustifiable, and just as it became a dilemma from that day to the present, it continues to be even when we both listen to it. we write to each other, it is an anecdote as friends that we remember and for which we still fight (laughs). But you wondered what the letter says that is so conflicting, well here I leave them and I explain:
Debo decir que respeto mucho los gustos de los demás aunque realmente no me agrada del todo el vallenato, pero soy muy sociable y en reuniones o fiestas incluso los he cantado y hasta bailado. Pero hace algún tiempo un amigo me hizo escuchar una canción la cual según él era la causa de sus problemas pues él se sentía exactamente igual. En ese momento comenzó una guerra campal entre los dos por cada una de las letras de esa canción, como la misma canción se llama fue un Dilema total entre nosotros.
La letra de esta canción me parece egoísta, tonta y no me gusta en lo absoluto, pues para mi trata de justificar lo injustificable, y al igual que se convirtió en un dilema desde ese día hasta la actualidad lo sigue siendo incluso cuando la escuchamos ambos nos escribimos, es una anécdota como amigos que recordamos y por la cual aún peleamos (risas). Pero ustedes se preguntaron que dice la letra que resulta tan conflictiva, bueno aquí se las dejo y les explico:
Well, the reason why the lyrics seem silly to me is because I consider that you cannot love two people at the same time, it is something unfair, selfish and false. When you love someone, the first thing that exists is respect for that person and if you dare to look elsewhere, it is best to finish because that indicates that love is over, for this reason I do not like the lyrics of this song, it seems silly to me and that they transmit a lot of falsehood about true love.
Bueno el motivo por lo cual me parece tonta la letra es porque considero que no se puede amar a dos personas a la vez es algo desleal, egoísta y falso. Cuando amas a alguien lo primero que existe es el respeto hacia esa persona y si te atreves a mirar hacia otra parte lo mejor es terminar pues eso indica que el amor se acabó, por esta razón no me gusta la letra de esta canción me parece tonta y que transmiten mucha falsedad en cuanto al verdadero amor.
