Editing my photo to create a preset for Lightroom, Beautiful landscape.
It's time to start improving, to create my own presets that will help me in the future with my photographic work, I was once asked why I prefer Lightroom over Photoshop. Well, the answer is simple. Once I get started with photo shoots, Lightroom will allow me to process dozens of photographs at once, and then when I need to retouch a specific image, I'll make the jump to Photoshop.
For today's post we will create the following image, with crazy colors, but nice to look at, what do you think?
Category | Landscape |
---|---|
Camera | Canon EOS Rebel T6 |
Lens | Canon 50 mm f/1.8 |
Aperture | F/1.8 |
Shutter speed | 1/2000 s |
Focal length | 50 mm |
ISO | 100 |
Flash | No |
After importing the image in lightroom.
Step 1: Lens corrections
Step 2: calibration.
Step 3: HSL/Color.
Step 4: basic settings.
Step 5: Tone curve.
Step 6: Cutting.
Step 7: Vignette.
Step 8: graduated filter, to darken the bottom of the picture.
Step 9: return to basic settings to add more contrast.
Step 10: sweeping that distracting bird into the sky.
Step 11: enjoy the final result.
I don't really know why I like this kind of colours, I don't know if it's because the heat we have in the city makes me see things drier, or because I'm a pessimist, or because I love to fuck around haha, but I really like colours like this, moddy Brown, or teal and orange type, I think this edition is between those two styles, and of course, I'll save the preset for another time.
Beautiful landscape. And Lightroom is a great app if we know how to edit. Thanks for sharing
Thanks, I have little time with photography, but I like it very much and I practice daily to improve. 😀
Nice photo! And crazy color tones! Orange teal powerful! Greetings!
Thanks 😃
These new colors make the beautiful colored trees be more interesting.
That was the idea, actually 😁
