Beautiful to everyone here, hope you had a peaceful and serene night rest.
Its been all rainy here throughout this week and the weather is terribly cold beyond what my body can endure.
Cold weather always comes with crisis for me as one of my major sickle cell crisis trigger.
I tried to keep warm in every way but find it really difficult to do.
Last night I ordered for some hot peppery grilled meat to enjoy with some hot wine.
I like the way this grilled meat is prepared and sold with some hot chilli pepper, usually the meat is beating into thing spreads before seasonings and vegetable oil is spread over it before it is allowed to cook properly over the heat of a coal fire.
little did I know that this vodka chocolate drink contained a high level of alcohol that is not good for health.
My uncle told me last night that it could contain up to 40% alcohol 🙀😿
And that concentration has a great adverse effect.
I was taught to mix it with some soft drinks which I did and diluted it excessively, nevertheless I still felt some discomfort since its my first time with this drink.
I woke up feeling dizzy and nauseous.
The grilled meat was crusty and the seasonings were adequate just like I wanted it but I need a suggestion for a hot wine that can go with my meat for a next time.

The weather is very cold here these days, I do try food wine and stuff that can keep my body warm.
