Healthy meal lifestyle and its direct consequences on health

Hello Hiveians

Today I had a bit of lost appetite and couldn't eat anything.
Somedays are like that and I end up starving not because am fasting but that nothing appeals to me.
In order for me to eat something on such days I just talk a walk round the street and look for apettizers, sometimes fruits helps other times I will just make good with snacks. But the worst hit on some days that I totally will not eat. I don't know if anyone experiences this, my tongue is tasteless and my stomach is tighed up.

The consequence is that am losing stores of glucose in no time and would likely go dizzy by evening.
When I eventually get to eat, my internal systems are no longer balanced and my heartbeat (pulse rate) increases, I will have to stay in bed for some hours to recover.

There was a time I went on this hunger strike for days and I got hospitalized and placed on glucose, not eating was the sickness then, I was weak and got my parents worried.
Today am been forced to carry a can of glucose everywhere am going.

I don't know what to do about lost appetite or probably the kind of dish I want is not available in this earth.

Someone told me to explore, been a lover of vegetables I may need to have a garden around the house soon.

For today, I need advice for some appetizer, am hungry but can't eat a thing, lazy me is just coiled up in bed here.

Going through my gallery I saw some happy pictures and times when I had been healthy and chubby, not eating over a period has it toil on me, I noticed a huge difference in my weight and physics.

Well if I get someone I could talk to over a meal that will help too.
I just need something to get out of this mood🙂

Eat to live! Most people live to eat! If One of my girls starved themselves, I would be worried.

Perhaps you can time your meals, eat at a certain time, but small meals. You can do this!!
