Saludos amigos cada día esto se pone más interesante, hoy les hablare de mis diez comidas favoritas, como muchos amo el dulce, me encantan los pasteles en especial los que tienen cubierta de dulce de leche y están rellenos de crema pastelera. Esos son mi debilidad.

Greetings friends every day this becomes more interesting, today I will talk about my ten favorite foods, as many love the sweet, I love the cakes especially those that are covered with dulce de leche and are filled with pastry cream. Those are my weakness.

Tengo un gusto especial por las cosas agridulces y a la vinagreta, preparo con frecuencia repollo y pepinos agridulce, antispasto, suelo preparar en cantidad para conservarlos, si se aplica la técnica de conservación de alimentos pueden durar por mucho tiempo.

I have a special taste for sweet and sour things and vinaigrette, I often prepare sweet and sour cabbage and cucumber, antispasto, I usually prepare in quantity to preserve them, if the technique of food preservation is applied they can last for a long time.

Además me gusta mucho el plátano, con el cual preparo buñuelos, pudin y el dulce infaltable es el quesillo venezolano, de este último puedo preparar uno y comérmelo yo sola, lo mejor es que su preparación es muy sencilla, solo se colocan los ingrediente en la licuadora y va directo al horno en un recipiente previamente acaramelado.

I also like the banana, with which I prepare fritters, pudding and the unavoidable sweet is the Venezuelan quesillo, of this last one I can prepare one and eat it by myself, the best thing is that its preparation is very simple, only the ingredients are placed in the blender and it goes directly to the oven in a container previously caramelized.

Y cuando hablamos de cosas saladas mis favoritos son la hallacas, seguido del arroz con pollo y finalmente el pollo negro. Estos son mis preferidos espero disfruten de este rico recorrido, todas las recetas las pueden encontrar en mi blog.
