HELADO PROTEICO DE CHOCOLATE 🍫 SIN AZUCAR// CHOCOLATE PROTEIN ICE CREAM 🍫 SUGAR FREE

Hola Hola Hivers☺ hoy quiero mostrarles esta opcion de helado de chocolate 🍫 sin azucar que ademas de ser una opcion mas saludable es suuuuper cremoso y delicioso, espero puedan hacerlo y me cuentan que tal les quedó🥳

Ingredientes:
•Cambur/banana/Platano que esten bien maduras (5)
•4 cdas de cacao
•2 cdas de Leche
• 200ml de Agua
•2 cdas de Proteina de Chocolate (opcional)

Lo primero que deben hacen es pelar los cambures o bananas como se conocen en algunos paises! Meterlas al congelador por unas 3 horas! Luego las sacamos y llevamos a la licuadora, una vez que esten trituradas vamos agregando el resto de los ingredientes.

Luego lo agregan en un vaso, molde, etc, algo que puedan meter al congelador nuevamente, yo lo dejé hasta el siguiente dia, todo depende del congelador que ustedes tengan😂😂 creo que al mio le falta gas😂 pero pueden tocarlo para ver la consistencia! queda SUPER CREMOSO😍 Les aseguro que les encantará!! En mi caso es ideal para mi hijo de 3 añitos, una excelente merienda, con proteina y sin azucar refinada🥰
