SUMMARY OF THE WEEK

Como todos los domingos aquí les traigo mi resumen de la semana que estuvo bastante full, casi no pude conversar con ustedes pero por lo menos les ofrecí algunas recetas de mi día a día en el trabajo. De igual forma aquí les mostraré lo que hice diariamente esta semana:

Like every Sunday here I bring you my summary of the week that was quite full, I could hardly talk with you but at least I offered you some recipes from my day to day at work. In the same way, here I will show you what I did daily this week:

• LUNES DE MERENGUE:
  Este día fue de aprendizaje ya que expliqué los tipos de merengues que existen en el mundo de la pastelería y repostería.

• MONDAY OF MERENGUE:
  This day was learning as I explained the types of meringues that exist in the world of pastry and confectionery.

• MARTES DE RETORNO
  Un post dedicado a escribir sobre mi regreso a los fogones como le llamamos en cocina y es que nunca me cansaré de expresar mi amor por ella, por mi profesión hermosa.

• RETURN TUESDAY
  A post dedicated to writing about my return to the kitchen as we call it in the kitchen and that is that I will never tire of expressing my love for her, for my beautiful profession.

• MIÉRCOLES DE MALTEADA:
  Dediqué este post a hacer una preparación a partir de la receta de merengues y mostré como hacer una rica y deliciosa malteada.

• ** WEDNESDAY OF MALTEADA:**
  I dedicated this post to making a preparation from the meringues recipe and I showed how to make a rich and delicious milkshake.

• JUEVES DE ALEGRÍA:
  Un post dedicado a resaltar las bromas y la alegría de trabajar en cocina junto a un equipo maravilloso.

• THURSDAY OF JOY:
  A post dedicated to highlighting the jokes and the joy of working in the kitchen with a wonderful team.

• VIERNES DE HAMBURGUESA:
  Mostré una receta clásica para hacer las famosas y siempre deseadas hamburguesas que tanto gustan a grandes y chicos.

• BURGER FRIDAY:
  I showed a classic recipe to make the famous and always desired hamburgers that both adults and children love.

• SÁBADO DE CAZUELA Y ENSALADA:
  Un post dedicado a mostrar rápidamente una receta de la clásica cazuela de mariscos y una ensalada adicional típica.

• SATURDAY CASSEROLE AND SALAD:
  A post dedicated to quickly showing a recipe for the classic seafood casserole and a typical side salad.

Como pueden ver fue una semana llenita de comida,esperemos que esta próxima semana traiga gratas sorpresas y cosas buenas. ¡SALUD!

As you can see it was a week full of food, hopefully this next week brings pleasant surprises and good things. HEALTH!
